CURRENT OPENINGS

We’re actively hiring for the following roles across different teams.

Department : Finance & Accounts

CTC : $70,000 – $100,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Experience : Minimum 5 years in accounting, with manufacturing exposure

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience also considered

  • Senior Manager - Production (Assembly Division)

Technical Skills :

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
  • Proven experience in manufacturing accounting: inventory tracking, BOMs, child parts, job work, and sourcing
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Expertise in preparing and analyzing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Familiarity with component-level financial control (seals, bearings, bushings, etc.)
  • Knowledge of financial compliance across federal, state, and local regulations
  • Experience conducting internal audits and maintaining accounting control systems
  • Strong collaboration with sourcing, procurement, and operations teams

Additional Skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Hands-on approach with data security and financial confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple financial functions simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
